Your second home is a valuable asset, one that can earn more income than you could imagine.
Here are some tips:
1.) How to decide the best time to rent your property? If you have a popular attraction in your area, then this question is an easy one. However, for some areas, you will have to research all the activities going on in that area and advertise those attractions. Keep in mind that sometimes “off season” can be profitable as well as your busy time. Just find out if there are any special events taking place during that time period. Then, advertise those events to catch the attention of potential renters.

There are things in life that we would all love to do and there are places in the world that we would love to visit but never ever seem to get round to doing any of them. For many people their idea of a two week beach holiday is exactly that, staying in a resort and either spending the day sat lounging by the pool or sat on the beach listening to the ocean slowly lapping at the shore. For other people a two week vacation is something that happens in the vicinity of a hotel, a pool or the beach and these are all parts of a holiday that add to the overall adventure that can be experienced. So if you are a relatively safe traveler but would like to experience something a little different this year what should you be looking out for that will push your boundaries of adventure just that little bit more?

Senior citizens are one of the most likely groups to holiday abroad, but it is also this group that can have the most difficulty in getting an affordable deal on travel insurance.
There are insurance companies that specialise in providing cover for the over 65’s, as well as a number of non-specialist policies available that cater for the older traveller.
However, some insurers no longer offer multi-trip annual travel insurance cover to older holiday makers, meaning that the older generation are often excluded from the cheapest travel insurance options available.
